Sutton and Epsom Cosmetic Clinic offers the famous ‘’Obagi Blue Peel’’. Obagi Blue Peel is a chemical peel which is an ideal treatment for fine lines, wrinkles, loss of firmness, severe pigmentation, adult acne and acne scarring. It can be applied to the face, neck, chest, hands, back, arms and legs and is FDA approved (US Food and Drug Administration).
Prior to application a low concentration of Trichlororoacetic Acid is mixed with a special blue base to ensure the product is distributed evenly over the treatment area. Obagi Blue Skin Peel enables the Doctor to regulate the depth of the peel to remove surface layers of aged and damaged skin. When the skin has completely finished peeling( this process takes approximately a week), the dramatic results of a newly improved complexion will be evident. The application of this highly effective peel is done by a doctor who has specialised training and experience with this Obagi product.
Clients are advised to use Obagi Nu-Derm System products as part of their skincare regime in preparation for a Blue peel. This will enable patient's skin to be prepared to its best condition and for results to be maintained after treatment.
